The Godless isn't like The Master and Margarita

I had received some letters that my book "The Godless" like Mikhail Bulgakov's "The Master and Margarita".
It's not right. When I was writing this book I hadn't read Bulgakov's book yet. Now I begin to reading it and want to know is my book like it.At firs I noticed some sameness, but the story of "The Godless" absolutely another.
